We all have a story.

What’s happened to us, our reasons for seeking therapy, the stories we live, are as individual as we are. Consider therapy as an invitation to explore that story, wherever you’re beginning. Maybe you want to understand how you got to this point. Maybe there’s been a twist, and you’re not sure how to move past it. Maybe you have no idea where you’re going next, or how you’ll get there. Maybe you’re just tired of feeling cast in the same roles, or figuring out which ones you actually want yourself.

If you’re wondering if it’s time to talk to someone, chances are there’s something there waiting to be talked about. Please feel free to reach out and let’s explore how we specifically could work together.

I'm Harmony
I’m a Registered Social Worker with a background in Psychology and Philosophy.
That’s a titled way of saying: When it comes to mental health I believe there are a million different things we can try, and sometimes we all benefit from having someone alongside to hold space while we figure out which one to try next (or help explore how to survive it). I do a lot of work with individuals dealing with complex trauma, couples counselling, and those of us just generally struggling to manage our mental health – whether we always have or just suddenly ‘can’t’ and aren’t sure why.

I am currently offering services both in person and virtually (in Ontario). I do also offer workplace consultation, workshop delivery, services.
